Postseason morning roundup: Chelsea Le buries game winner, Gonzaga Prep plays Central Valley in district title game

Chelsea Le scored the eventual game winner in the 55th minute and Gonzaga Prep (12-5-1) beat visiting University (10-4-0) 2-1 in a District 8 4A semifinal game at Joe Albi Stadium on Tuesday.

Gonzaga Prep heads to Central Valley for the District 8 4A championship match on Thursday at 7 p.m.

District 9 1B: Oakesdale hosts Pomeroy in the District 9 1B finals match on Friday at 4 p.m. after the Nighthawks swept Colton in the semifinals.

The Pirates took care of St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse in four sets in their semifinal match.
