Let’s compare motives

Over the last week or so we’ve been pounded with TV ads concerning Liberal Lisa Brown. Apparently the only reason she runs for office is to raise taxes. Wow. Good to know.

To be fair, let’s make a similar point about Conservative Cathy. The only reason she runs for office is to make the wealthiest among us even more wealthy by lowering their taxes. It’s a reasonable counterpoint.

Similar amount of distortion, though not totally untrue. In fact, I approve this message.
