There aren’t many opportunities to have a nice evening out, support Washington State University students and wear a cape, but Medvengers 2, Friday at the Davenport Grand Hotel, manages to combine all three.

The superhero-themed night, hosted by the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, will kick off with a cocktail reception and fun activities (last year’s event featured a giant game of Operation, a photo area, a caricature artist and more), plus an opportunity to mingle with medical students and executive leadership.

Then, there will be dinner, live music and a program hosted by KHQ’s Kalae Chock and Blake Jensen. There will also be a live auction and paddle raise, plus an appearance by the Medvenger himself.

Funds raised during Medvengers 2 support scholarships for medical students.
