Prep slowpitch softball roundup: Addison Meyer and Abigail Brake crush two home runs apiece, East Valley beats Gonzaga Prep

Addison Meyer and Abigail Brake hit two home runs apiece and East Valley (3-3) defeated visiting Gonzaga Prep (3-3) 29-17 on Tuesday in a Greater Spokane League game. Meyer also had a double and a triple.

Mt. Spokane 14, Shadle Park 13: Ashton Cathey hit a sacrifice fly and the Wildcats (2-2) walked-off the visiting Highlanders (0-5). Alex Cleveland was 3 for 3 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored for Shadle Park.

Central Valley 13, Lewis and Clark 10: Arihana Roose drove in a pair of runs on three hits and the visiting Bears (4-2) defeated the Tigers (1-5). Carolyn Johnson slugged a pair of home runs and drove in five runs for Lewis and Clark.

University 10, Mead 5: Makayla Marshall drove in three runs and the Titans (6-0) defeated the visiting Mead (5-1).

Rogers 10, North Central 0: Jaelynn Proctor hit a two-run home run and the Pirates (4-1) shut out the visiting Indians (1-4).
