PotlatchDeltic sells fiberboard plant in Arkansas

PotlatchDeltic Corp. has sold a fiberboard plant in Arkansas to Roseburg Forest Products for $92 million.

Plans to sell the El Dorado medium-density fiberboard plant were first announced in December. Spokane-based PotlatchDeltic acquired the plant through a merger and sold it to focus its Arkansas operations on timberlands and lumber production.

Roseburg Forest Products paid $63 million in cash for the plant and assumed $29 million in revenue bond obligations.
