Glover Mansion Events LLC, operator of Chateau Rive At The Flour Mill, has completed the buy-out of Bozzi Media’s interest in the venue, company officials said in a news release.

The purchase gives Bob Adolfson and his Glover Mansion Events group full control of the venue, the news release said.

Glover Mansion Events and Bozzi Media established Chateau Rive At The Flour Mill as an events center in 2013 joint venture. Nearly 1,000 social and business events have been hosted in the venue, Adolfson said.

Glover Mansion Events also operates The Glover Mansion, The Spokane Valley Event Center and Red Rock Catering. Glover Mansion Events also contracts to provide catering services to the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture.

Adolfson said improvements to Chateau Rive At The Flour Mill will be announced in the coming months.

“There is a tremendous amount of change happening both at nearby Riverfront Park and on the north bank of the river,” he said. “We are confident that the venue will be very successful going forward.”
