Deer Park Physical Therapy opens ‘The Gym’
The owners of Deer Park Physical Therapy have opened The Gym, a sports performance training facility.
The Gym is a human performance center specializing in one-on-one consultations and evaluations from strength coaches, athletic trainers and physical therapy doctors.
The Gym is at 841 S Main, Suite J, in Deer Park. A grand opening week is planned for Feb. 11-15.
Hart Capital Management relocates to RLH Building
Hart Capital Management has moved to a new location.
The Spokane-based independent financial adviser’s offices in the RLH building at 201 W. North River Drive will offer clients easier access, onsite parking and improved building amenities, according to a news release. Its offices will occupy Suite 380.
“Moving offices is no small effort,” Craig Hart, president of Hart Capital. said in the release. “But we have been very fortunate to have a client base that is growing, creating the need for more efficient and effective office space.”
Hart Capital Management, which marked its 20th anniversary last year, also has on office in Coeur d’Alene.
Area Applebee’s locations introduce app delivery services
Three Applebee’s locations in Spokane County have partnered with DoorDash and GrubHub to deliver food to customers.
The restaurants at 12217 E Mission Ave. in Spokane Valley and 9624 N. Newport Highway are offering delivery through DoorDash, while the Applebee’s at 2007 E. 29th St. is offering the service through DoorDash and GrubHub.
