GSL boys: Gonzaga Prep, Mt. Spokane keep rolling in league play

Gonzaga Prep 66, North Central 45: Liam Lloyd scored 22 points with four 3-pointers and the visiting Bullpups (15-2, 11-0) handled the Indians (8-9, 4-5) in Greater Spokane League play Tuesday.

Sheadon Byrd had 15 points for G-Prep and Anton Watson finished with 12.

Leon Sayers paced NC with 16 points and Akeyse Rice had 10.

Mt. Spokane 65, Central Valley 50: Tyson Degenhart scored 26 points and the visiting Wildcats (16-1, 8-1) beat the Bears (10-7, 6-5).

Jerry Twenge added 19 points for Mt. Spokane. Josh Wilson led CV with 17 points and Kyle Clay added 14.

Ferris 65, Mead 45: Reece Van Lierop scored 26 points and the Saxons (12-5, 7-4) topped the visiting Panthers (3-14, 2-9).

Cole Omlin added 16 points for Ferris; Tyson Rogalette paced Mead with 13 points.

Shadle Park 79, University 66: Taivon Rainwater scored 26 points, Jake Groves added 21 and the Highlanders (10-7, 3-6) upended the visiting Titans (11-6, 6-5).

Marcus Lenker scored 22 points and Logan Phillips had 21 for U-Hi.

Lewis and Clark 67, Rogers 47: Xavier Guillory and Mat Sayer had 11 points apiece and the Tigers (6-11, 3-8) defeated the visiting Pirates (4-14, 1-8).

Evan Nomee led Rogers with 22 points.
