Flood has 20 years of experience in the financial industry, previously working as a home mortgage consultant for Wells Fargo. Richardson has 18 years of experience in corporate finance and previously worked as senior vice president and director of capital planning for Banner Bank.

Mountain West Bank has hired Arshia Mullen as manager of its Ramsey branch in Coeur d’Alene. Mullen has 16 years of retail-banking experience, and previously worked as senior relationship banker at Wells Fargo Bank.

Winston & Cashatt has hired Casey R. Simmons. Her primary practices focus on personal injury, criminal defense and civil litigation. Simmons worked previously for six years as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Kootenai County.
