In what is possibly the best post-credits scene ever, William Shatner will appear onstage at the First Interstate Center for the Arts on May 17 after a screening of “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.”

After the screening, which is presented by Lilac City Comicon and the First Interstate Center, Shatner will share behind the scenes stories from his time portraying Capt. James T. Kirk and his more than 50-year career as an actor, producer, director and writer.

Shatner will also answer questions from the audience.

Shatner was last in Spokane in 2014 when he appeared at the PacCon comic/sci-fi convention and brought his one-man show “Shatner’s World” to the INB Performing Arts Center, now the First Interstate Center for the Arts.

Tickets start at $51.50 and go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at all TicketsWest outlets, online at ticketswest.com or by calling (800) 325-SEAT.

Lilac City Comicon ticket holders will receive a special discount ticket code to be announced soon.
