Coeur d’Alene-based Advanced Market Sales acquired by Integrity Marketing Group

Dallas-based Integrity Marketing Group, a large distributor of life and health insurance products, has acquired Advanced Market Sales, an independent insurance marketing organization headquartered in Coeur d’Alene.

Under the acquisition, Sean Ruggiero will remain president of Advanced Market Sales and become a managing partner of Integrity Marketing Group, according to a company news release.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The merger will provide Advanced Market Sales with online quoting, enrollment, marketing and lead generation needed to grow the company while shifting IT, accounting and human resources functions to Integrity Marketing Group, according to the release.

“Joining forces with Integrity takes what we’re already doing and increases it tenfold by putting best-in-class resources at our disposal,” Ruggiero said in a statement. “I’ve learned that you have to surround yourself with great teammates in order to get to that next level. I still have so much I want to achieve, and I have no doubt Integrity is the catalyst to magnify every aspect of our business.”

Integrity Marketing Group, founded in 2006, develops and markets products through its distribution network of more than 275,000 independent insurance agents.

Advanced Market Sales provides more than 20,000 agents with solutions to help consumers with retirement income planning.
