Spokane Home Builders Association holding virtual Fall Festival of Homes event

The Spokane Home Builders Association is holding its 16th annual Fall Festival of Homes event via a virtual platform.

The free event, which begins at 10 a.m. Friday, will feature 21 properties built by 16 Spokane homebuilders that incorporate state-of-the-art technology and new design trends, according to an association news release.

Each home was filmed using Matterport 3D technology that provides a virtual walk-through. Virtual attendees will learn more about the property’s builder and have an opportunity to schedule private home showings with social distancing guidelines in place.

Attendees can vote for their favorite home in specified price categories through the association’s people’s choice judging, which can be accessed at the Fall Festival of Homes website and app. Each person who submits a vote will be entered in a drawing to win a Bosch Dishwasher, courtesy of Hayden Homes, Ferguson Bath Kitchen & Lighting and Bosch.
