Nappi — Wild Waters

Stacey Lavin, developer of Wild Waters in Coeur d’ Alene, worked hard 30 years ago during his high school and college summers. Each summer Stacey hires 110 employees. Most of them are teens. It’s a challenge to find eager young workers. Unemployment is at record lows, and teens have other summer priorities. Still, Stacey tries to teach the Wild Water teens some lifelong work lessons.
