Quilting Ladies

For almost 100 years, Catholic women of Spokane's diocese have made quilts. For most of that time, quilts were given to the poor through St. Vincent de Paul Society outlets, but with St. Vincent's closing down, the group is trying to sell their tremendous output of quilts to raise money for Catholic Charities. The group makes simple block quilts, nothing fancy, to keep people warm. It's also a social event when the ladies get together each week.
