West Plains fire destroys mobile home
Spokane County Fire District 10 Chief Nick Scharff describes the 4:37 a.m. Tuesday fire that destoryed the unoccupied mobile home at 15110 W. Thorpe Road. The fire was spotted by crews from Fairchild Airforce Base. No one was injured.
