Dashboard camera footage in lawsuit against CdA lawsuit
In this footage from a patrol car dashboard camera, Coeur d'Alene police Officer Jared Reneau searches Natalie Jean Reighard, then 19, on Aug. 6, 2008. Reighard claims Reneau fondled her while arresting her for drunken driving, according to a lawsuit filed July 16, 2009.
