The Rev. Kenny St. Hilaire reflects on his upcoming role as the co-chair of the Christmas Bureau. He will be the face of the event that will distribute new toys, food vouchers and books to needy Spokane-area families for the holidays. The bureau has been a tradition for more than six decades and has operated continuously since 1955. The bureau runs Dec. 9 to 19 this year at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center.
