Trout TV sampler
Trout TV — a new fly fishing show filmed on top waters from Alaska to the North Platte, including local waters such as the Coeur d’Alene, Grande Ronde and Yakima — will debut in February on KAYU Fox 28 Sunday’s at 4 p.m. in the Spokane market. (However, because of the Superbowl, the first show will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday Feb. 5.) The show features two Western Montana anglers. It’s filmed and produced by Bob Asbury of Liberty Lake and will replace his Columbia Country sportfishing show, which is ending after 10 years. Check out these film clips to meet Trout TV’s hosts, Rick Birdsell and Hilary Hutcheson, in action.
