House of Charity: Officer Specht body camera
This video shows police tasing and arrested Arlo Morrow outside the House of Charity. Morrow began yelling profanity at officers after they and killed Michael Kurtz, a suicidal man who was living at the shelter. He continued to be confrontational with other officers following the shooting.
