Moses Lake school shooter Barry Loukaitis resentenced to 189 years
More than 20 years ago a 14-year-old boy, Barry Loukaitis, walked into Frontier Middle School in Moses Lake and opened fire. Three people were killed and four were wounded. On April 19, 2017 he was back in court for his re-sentencing hearing where, for the first time, he spoke to the families of his victims.
