Flooding in Peaceful Valley
Mary Jo Faulhaber's home floods periodically because it's a historic home built at the Spokane River's edge in Peaceful Valley. On Monday, Mar. 20, 2017, volunteers showed up to help sandbag around the home to keep water out of the lower level.
