Flag on a tall tree in North Spokane
North Spokane resident Alicene Robertson found a flag at a thrift store and felt 'so damn patriotic" for reasons she can't quite explain. But she had a handyman take the flag and a pole to the tallest tree on her property and mount it where it can be seen for many blocks around her neighborhood.
