Zags seeing plenty of good guards

Gonzaga, fresh from facing Illinois' talented trio of guards, moves on to another talented trio against Kansas State on Saturday in Seattle. And later this month, it's Baylor's Pierre Jackson and Oklahoma State's Marcus Smart. And then it's on to the WCC and Saint Mary's Matthew Dellavedova, LMU's Anthony Ireland and Santa Clara's Kevin Foster.
It's a non-stop series of challenges for GU's starting backcourt of Kevin Pangos and Gary Bell Jr. (pictured above) and the first item in this week's Gonzaga notebook. There are also updates on Sam Dower's health and Przemek Karnowski making adjustments to his free-throw shooting. Here's a link to my article that will run in Tuesday's S-R.
Programming note: Working on feature on Mike Hart that will run later this week.
