You must remember this: “Memory’ opens Friday

Liam Neeson is 69 years old. To some of us, that doesn’t sound as old as it once did.
Still, it’s fairly old for an action-movie star. Yet that’s the kind of movie that Neeson has been known for since 2008’s “Taken,” with followups such as “Unknown,” “Taken 2” and “A Walk Among Tombstones.”
Neeson is back this week with “Memory,” opening wide on Friday. The native of Northern Ireland stars as Alex Lewis, an “expert assassin” who’s on the run from both the mob and government agents. To make matter worse, he’s having trouble remembering things.
The film, directed by Martin Campbell, is an adaptation of the Belgian novel “De Zaak Alzheimer” (previously adapted as a 2003 Begian film known as “The Memory of a Killer”).
No critics reviews are available at this point. But we should all remember this: If we don’t go and see the film, Neeson … well, click on the embed below to see what might happen.
