Conference committee votes unanimously, 6-0, for $95M compromise plan

The conference committee, after debate about legalities, rules and details, has voted unanimously, 6-0, in favor of the $95 million compromise on transportation funding, including a surplus eliminator with a two-year sunset. The bill is expected to take about three hours to draft; House Speaker Scott Bedke has announced plans to try to adjourn sine die by around 9 tonight, although there's also some talk of tomorrow.
