A shetland pony wearing a "service animal" sash is among those who have turned out for this morning's "instant racing" repeal hearing. It's from "Personal Ponies," a non-profit group that places ponies with disabled kids; Aaden Vranish, shown here with the pony, has three ponies placed at his Nampa home through the program. So what's the connection to "instant racing"? The group receives funding from the Idaho Horse Council, which gets a share of the proceeds.
