House Speaker Scott Bedke said of this mornings two-hour-plus GOP leadership meeting, "It wasn't all business. A group of friends discussed some issues up there."

The House will convene shortly. But before it gets to the question of concurrence in the Senate amendments to the health care bill, "We've got to go back to caucus here, so everyone understands the procedure," Bedke said, "how the different permutations of this can proceed."
