With procedural flaws corrected, Idaho SupCourt sets oral arguments in grocery tax case for June 15

After the 30 legislators who are suing to challenge Gov. Butch Otter’s veto of the grocery tax repeal bill amended their filing to correct procedural errors, the Idaho Supreme Court has set oral arguments in the case for June 15 at 11:10 a.m. The court today also ordered Secretary of State Lawerence Denney, who in his official capacity is the target of the lawsuit, to file a response to the lawsuit within 21 days.
