House returns, but recesses ‘til 3:30 without taking any action…

The House returned, but then recessed until 3:30 p.m., with both majority and minority caucuses set for 3 p.m. “We’ll know more, we’re waiting for some more information on the other side, and there’s some things going on that we’ll need to know more before we proceed,” House Majority Leader Mike Moyle told the House.
