Quote of the Day — February 8, 2009
The government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
Ronald Reagan (1911 - 2004)
Reagan forgot one other axiom: if, despite all the efforts of the government to the contrary, if we have a robust, stable economy by all means make certain you take credit for it. If not, blame it on the other political party.
