David Horsey's cartoon this morning suggests that not even Muslim extremists are having a difficult time buying into the schematic of President Obama being the living embodiment of the Great Satan as once described by Osama Bin Laden. Is it possible that were it not for George W. Bush Islamic hatred of the United States would never have risen to its present peak?

Is The Great Satan former President Bush, President Obama or the United States itself?

Or is Islamic perceptions of America's love affairs with alcohol and drug abuse, loose sexual mores and hedonistic lifestyle what makes us the Great Satan?
