Gary and Stacey Quimby, Spokane residents... well, for at least part of the year... are starring in RV Nomads, a new documentary about the growing number of younger RV-ers, working remotely while living the dream on the road. The film will make its debut on Oct. 20 at a sold-out NomadFest in Wellington, Texas.

The prolific vlogger/bloggers -- find their content on Pau Hana Travels and on YouTube -- met the movie's producer, Eric Odom, at the annual RV gathering in Quartzite, Arizona, and their story spoke to him. "They're still living part time in a sticks and bricks home," he said. "It just goes to show that nobody gets to determine what makes you a full-time RV-er. We're all making up the rules as we go along."

Read more the Quimbys, and the upcoming documentary, as well as a TV project, in our Going Mobile column in the Sept. 28 issue of the Spokesman-Review's Auto section.
