A small crowd has gathered around. 3:53 p.m. Traffic light @ Prairie & Highway 95 not recycling. 3:40 p.m. Officer has stopped a black Suburban for school bus violations. 2:36 p.m. 2 different R/Ps have called 911 to report an elderly man in a Pontiac Grand Am who is weaving in and out of traffic and going to fast for road conditions between the state line and Post Falls. 1:53 p.m. Safeway on 4th Street wants an officer to deal with an employee who has admitted theft. 1:29 p.m. Voice: Is there any live body over there associated with Judge Wayman that can call me? 8:49 a.m. Car on fire in the parking lot of World Gym on Polston/Post Falls. 8:20 a.m. R/P in white Capri witnessed another motorist fail to stop for a school bus and has tracked him to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. 8:19 a.m. The toilet against the wall in the women's bathroom of NIC's Siebert Hall is clogged. 8:16 p.m. Courthouse employee: "You should remind the judges there's no parking so you're going to have trouble getting jurors on time."
