Huckleberries Online

Vacation Wild Card No. 12 — 12/31/08

 (The Spokesman-Review)
(The Spokesman-Review)

Mrs. O and I'll be ushering out the old year with my siblings, their spouses, and my mother at Frito Ray's place tonight. Mebbe a movie first. 'Tis nice to have family around for holidays and special occasions like birthdays and graduations. I raised two kids in the Northwest without a lot of family around. Belatedly, they've begun to be acquainted with the extended families on both sides. I hope you're enjoying the holiday season between storms and are gearing up for the 2009 debut of Huckleberries Online. I can't wait to begin pestering Blogmeister Ryan again re: special features and layout of the blog. For example, I want my cartoon mug switched to this blog and I want the color changed to a nice huckleberry purple. Meanwhile, I'd like to draw your attention to the photo above of Junior getting ready to snowboard on Schweitzer last Friday. Now, I'll play the Wild Card and hold my breath that peace will continue in the comments section for 5 more days ...
