Cis: Who Let The Tourists Out?!

We have gone to town about 3 times in the past 3 days … and I got to ask, did someone let the tourist loose … if not where did all these people come from? Now only that, but I think all the Sunday drivers are out as well … We followed one guy whose head was like a swivel. He was looking everywhere but in front of him. And in order to do this well, I guess, he had to be a slow driver as well. We were doing 30 in a 45 mph zone. Then there was the guy who has watched too much NASCAR races, as when we were getting to the slower part, he started to swerve back and forth across the yellow lines. Enough where we were debating on his sobriety/Cis, From A Simple Mind. More here. (SR File Photo: Jesse Tinsley)

Question: I figure the tourist season has begun when I see an out-of-state license plate going the wrong way on 3rd of 4th streets. How do you know the tourists have returned for the year?
