Caller is concerned for welfare of a male in an orange vest who's
standing in middle of 15th Street (undisclosed address) without

A homeowner in 4300 block of Maplewood/PF reports that a drunken male,
about 5-foot-9 in his 40ish, came to the door identifying himself as a
Post Falls Water Department worker and said he wanted to check water in
the house. He stumbled down the stairs when she wouldn't let him in.
Street Department reports that none if its workers were in the
neighborhood.
