  • 3:38 p.m. Street lights are not functioning @ Government Way & Hanley/CdA. (Update: Officer tells dispatcher that the lights are now working. She responds: "Good, I tried three different numbers for street department and they're not answering."
  • 3:34 p.m. Juvenile Detention Center reports a wanted person on premises.

  • 2:52 p.m. Benewah Market reports a customer's husband, named George, is causing trouble re: fight earlier this afternoon.
  • 2:37 p.m. Caller from 4400 block of Spiers/CdA reports an auto burglary.
  • 2:28 p.m. Avondale Loop resident said construction crews are preventing him from getting to his driveway.
  • 2:17 p.m. Gene has questions re: his rat terrier that animal control picked up.
  • 2:08 p.m. 4 or 5 males are fighting at the Benewah Market/Plummer.
  • 2:06 p.m. Female in a van who was kicked out of e/b Huetter rest stop this morning by caretaker who said she couldn't sleep overnight there now is in w/b Huetter rest stop.
  • 2:03 p.m. A 2YO boy in diapers named Liam is missing from the 2700 block of 4th Street/CdA. (2:10 p.m. update: Child found.)
  • 1:57 p.m. Caller is concerned for welfare of a male in an orange vest who's standing in middle of 15th Street (undisclosed address) without protective orange cones.
  • 1:40 p.m. Caller reports that several people appear to be staying in a brown Crown Victoria in the Hayden WalMart parking lot.
  • 1:32 p.m. Crystal reports she's missing a trap to catch cats @ Prairie Schooner Mobile Home Park on H53/Rathdrum.
  • 1:10 p.m. A homeowner in 4300 block of Maplewood/PF reports that a drunken male, about 5-foot-9 in his 40ish, came to the door identifying himself as a Post Falls Water Department worker and said he wanted to check water in the house. He stumbled down the stairs when she wouldn't let him in. Street Department reports that none if its workers were in the neighborhood.
