At a Wednesday press conference where Obama presented his ‘framework‘ for reducing the budget deficit, Biden was caught on camera nodding off. The President called for reducing the nation's budget deficit through a combination of spending cuts and tax increases. He stated his opposition to extending Bush-era tax cuts for the wealthy and to changing Medicare into a voucher program.
