But dozens of couples are now out thousands of dollars since local catering company Puttin' On The Ritz suddenly closed its doors.The reason? Nobody at the catering company is talking, but one bride said she talked to an employee at the catering company said their assets had been seized by the IRS.Shannon Willis and her fiancée Christopher have been carefully planning their wedding for a year.
