  • 11:09 a.m. Arthur reports a tree has fallen and taken down power lines and a pole, completely blocking road @ 3394 E. Thomas Lane/CdA. (Update: Officer on site reports other large trees may topple, too, including ones near a house. He reports cause as "a rotted base.")
