11:25 a.m. A construction crew working at the stateline has a boat that can be used to retrieve possible drowning victim. Med-Star helicopter has been launched. Chaplain notified.
11:23 a.m. Resident @ Pleasant View reports spotting "something in blue" float by. Snorkeler was wearing blue tank top. Deputies will try to intercept at the stateline.
