Poll: Idaho GOP’s Goofiest Resolution

  • Weekend Poll: A plurality of Hucks Nation (51 of 104 respondents, 49.04%) voted that the goofiest resolution passed at the recent Idaho GOP state convention in Moscow was support for Idahoans carrying weapons anywhere at any time, including on college campuses. In descending order, other resolutions gaining support for being goofiest were: viewing spent N-fuel as an asset (24 of 104, 23.08%); getting EPA out of the Silver Valley (13 of 104, 12.5%); blocking Land Board from maximizing endowment assets (9 of 104, 8.5%); and shacking schools to only one election per year for bonds/levies.
  • Today's Poll: Would you support the return of Diamond Cup hydroplane races to Lake Coeur d'Alene?
