Marshall Mend, long-time member of the Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations, was part of the audience that dedicated Coeur d'Alene's art-on-loan program in downtown Coeur d'Alene Friday evening, including the controversial sculpture of the Hindu god Ganesha.
