9:49 a.m. 2 women w/kids have been living in a pickup w/a camper in 3000 block of Seltice Way (by railroad tracks near old mill area) for some time. They have a toilet contraption near vehicle.

9:21 a.m. An abandoned bike has been found at 406 N10th St./CdA.
9:17 a.m. PFPD Blue has found a trucker who tried to avoid port of entry weigh station at Flying J Truck Stop. Trucker said ISP had said it was all right to continue. But ISP told PFPD Blue trucker was lying.
9:12 a.m. CPD Blue has located an abandoned vehicle at 517 Linden/CdA.
