Barring an appeal of federal Judge Lynn Winmill's ruling that Idaho's open primary is unconstitutional, it appears as though Idaho Republicans will now be able to bar Democrats from crossing over to vote in their primaries. Already, however, one rascally Democrat here has declared that he'll register as a Republican and mess up Norm Semanko's demographics.
