Butch Otter and the Idaho Judicial Council shouldn't give preferential treatment to women in making their judicial appointments, although Idaho ranks last in the nation in the number of women who are judges. 32 of 149 (21.5%) said women should have preferential treatment. 2 respondents were undecided.]
