The time is ticking down on the 2011 local election campaigns. This is the last full week of campaigning. It'll be interesting to see what the candidates resort to in the closing days. I suspect we'll see an attack flyer against incumbent John Bruning and the Coeur d'Alene City Council next weekend. Hey, it's happened before. And some of the same characters are involved on the fringes of the current races. It'll be interesting to see how many yard signs survive Halloween.
