12:25 p.m. PFPD officers have caught group of 14YO boys who tossed trash all over parking lot of Post Falls McDonalds -- one in black hoodie, at least two others in flat-billed caps. They are being escorted back to McDonalds from Super 1 lot to clean up the mess.
12:17 p.m. Post Falls caller reports catching 14YO male huffing fumes from air conditioning system.
