Susan Smith,  62, of Rathdrum, the victim in the kidnapping case has been returned to the local area. She has been interviewed, but details of the interview are not available at this time. Suspected kidnapper Mitchell Lee Walck’s location remains unknown. The FBI has announced a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Walck. On Monday, the FBI Salt Lake City Division, working with Idaho's U.S. Attorney's Office, obtained an Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant for Walck.
