Bob Foster, an Independent running for Kootenai County sheriff, participated in the annual lawnmower races at Spirit Lake this weekend. Here, Bob appears to be crossing a finish line. Unfortunately, the photo from Phantom Photographer, is cropped in such a way that we can't see how fast he was going. Bob is one of three Independents running for sheriff against Republican nominee sheriff's Mayor Ben Wolfinger. The others are former Post Falls councilman Joe Bodman and former sheriff's captain Tom Dickson.
