Gone Fishin: Move Dang Boat Launch

Gone Fishin: I live in Coeur d’Alene and I am pretty dang poor. I’m blessed to be able to make a living in CDA, but I fall squarely in the poor-lower middle class range. I don’t have a boat. I don’t see boat ownership in my near future (or distant future if I stay here to be honest.) You scream “elitist” when I am the one who’d love to see that boat launch for rich Washingtonians quit clogging up downtown and moved to somewhere reasonable? I’m an elitist because I’m sick of being stuck in traffic downtown Sherman so some out-of-state yahoo can squeeze his yacht into a boat launch created at the turn of the century?

Question: Who uses the Third Street boat launch more -- locals or Washingtonians?
